Development plan: An accurate market research was done to identify possible candidate companies able to support the R&D phase as well as the manufacturing activities.

We have screened as many as 46 candidates in the European market and shortlisted 4 potential ones together with the client. We have visited all of them to identify the R&D real capabilities, the manufacturing activities, the access to key strategic raw material and to determine the real willing to embark on this venture.

Once the final candidate company has been selected, we have signed a R&D contract to initiate the joint development activities. The chemistry and the manufacturing process were identified, screened and tested in the lab and eventually tested in a pre-industrial scale.

A close cooperation with the key raw materials supplier has been initiated to ensure proper raw material quality and supply.
